Dr. Juan Sardiña is an ABPM-certified foot and ankle surgeon specializing in reconstructive surgery for these areas. He graduated from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency in reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle at J.F.K Medical Center in Atlantis, FL.
Since 2011, Dr. Sardiña has served as an attending physician in the Podiatric Surgical Residency Program at J.F.K. Medical Center.
With a focus on staying abreast of the latest advancements, Dr. Sardiña has received training in various areas, including conservative and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, sports injuries, minimally invasive procedures, ankle implants, and traumatic surgical management. He also completed a Mini Fellowship in Limb Lengthening and Deformity Correction at the renowned Paley Institute.
Dr. Sardiña's interests encompass sports medicine, ankle implants, internal and external fixation for extremity reconstruction, trauma stabilization, arthrodesis techniques for foot and ankle joints, diabetic limb salvage, and wound care.
